Inclusive Leadership: Women Breaking Glass Ceilings in STEM

This webinar will bring together a panel of diverse women leaders to discuss the need for better representation in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), where women continue to face challenges in this men-dominated industry. 

Moderated by Dr. Wendy Cukier, Founder and Academic Director of the Diversity Institute, panellists will discuss the barriers facing women in STEM professions, including workplace cultures, lack of role models and mentorship opportunities, branding of the industry, gender-based stereotypes and stigmas, and more, as well as successes and ways forward.
